Easy, Yummy, and filling. I made these as the recipe stated, it did look funny with the edges flowing up and the poofing center. My family was hesitant, but once they tasted it....GREAT!!! This is now my pancake recipe for good. I added 1/2 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp maple syrup....mmmmmm good. - 3/1/09

OMG! This was soooo good! I diced up an apple and sprinkled about 1/2 tbsp cinnamon sugar over the top. But, could be good with a little lemon juice and powdered sugar - like a 'dutch baby miniature' from one of my favorite family restaurants! - 2/19/09

I'm part Finnish and grew up in a very Finn-heavy area (Upper Peninsula of Michigan). This is a great, easy, and lighter version of what my Mom would make--hers involved a dozen eggs and sticks of butter! Excellent! - 6/21/12

I made these with oat bran instead of flour to give them a bit more nutrition and compliant with the South Beach Diet, phase 2. They worked very well. - 4/24/09

In New Zealand we have pancakes as a dessert, what a great base to work from, easy and quick too. Better than standing at stove making individaul ones. - 1/5/09

  • This was great tasting and easy to make. I suggest getting eggs and milk to room temperature to make it as fluffy as possible. I put the eggs in the microwave on HIGH 15 secs 2X Milk 30 sec. - 1/21/14

  • So good! My boyfriend ate a quarter of this in one bite. I mixed the sliced apples with cinnamon and a packet of Splenda before putting it on the pancake prior to baking, then added a little honey syrup before serving. - 4/1/12

  • Very good, substituted rice flour for the regular flour to make it gluten free. Served it with a tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce on top. - 3/8/12
