Ingredients

    Pink Salmon 2 cans
    15 Saltine Crackers
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    egg white, 1 large
    herbs as desired (not included in nutritional information)

Directions

Debone the fish, or not, as you prefer
Crumble crackers into fish
Mix in eggs and any other seasonings you wish
Heat on medium high non-stick skillet, turning once during cooking.
Serve
