Ingredients

Margarine and 1/4 C Bread crumbs
15 Eggs large,
1.5 cup 1% milk
1 cup chopped veggies (1 red pepper, 1 green pepper,1 onion)
1.5 C Ham extra lean (in small cubes)
1 C yellow beans
Fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp chili spice or Epicure Nonya Mix
Tips
1/4 C Parmesan cheese grated or light feta cheese and toamtoes (italian) are very good addition ...For the meat lovers, sausages or cooked canadian bacon (choppes in the food processor) is a nice touch - add up to the original recipe or instead of ham! - All the above are not in calculation... adjust tracking accordingly!
Directions
Mix eggs and milk together.
Spread crumbs on bottom of greased 12X8 pan. Cut veggies and ham, add to the pan.
Add the egg mix. Cook in the oven (350 F) for 45 min.
