1 tbsp gia vi pho ga
1 block tofu dusted in 1 tbsp cornstarch
0.5 c sliced zucchini
0.5 c sliced summer squash
0.5 c red bell pepper
0.5 c carrots
1 package rice noodles
4 c water
In one pan, sautÃ© tofu. Set aside.
In the other pan, sautÃ© the vegetables until soft. Add pho soup base and toss vegetables in it. Add water and bring to boil.
Place noodles and tofu into bowl and pour broth and vegetables on top. Garnish with nori.
