Ingredients

1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
zest of 1 orange (about 2 tsp)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine chickpeas, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, orange juice, curry, and ginger into food processor and blend until smooth.
Stir in orange zest and salt and pepper. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
