Low Carb Almond Bread

Introduction

For low carb diets For low carb diets
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Coconut Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    *almond flour, 2.5 cup (remove) (blanched almond meal/flour)

Directions

Mix first five ingredients... stir in the almond flour. Grease 8 x 4 loaf pan... Bake about 1 hour.. add 15 if needed until lightly browned.
Remove, run knife around edges...allow to cool on rack. Do not cut hot. 16 slices about 3-5 carbs each.
You can add other flavorings that don't add carbs like 1/2 c Splenda and 1 tsp banana flavoring OR 1 tsp lemon flavoring + poppy seeds,and ! TBS lemon juice for lemon bread, OR !TBS caraway seeds to resemble Rye bread.
