Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-1/2 lbs raw ground turkey 97/3
    1 tsp celery seed
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1-1/4 tsp dried rosemary
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp Splenda
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

    1/2 recipe of Cornbread (modified), 6 servings

    6 oz apples, chopped
    1/3 c dried cranberries
    1 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c onion, chopped

Directions

Season ground turkey with spices and let sit for 30 minutes after incorporating thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine ingredients for cornbread in a small bowl.

Combine turkey mixture with apples, cranberries, onion, garlic, and bouillon.

Put into 9 x 13 dish and pour cornbread mixture evenly over the top. Bake for about 30 minutes until cornbread is set and browned.
