Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 4 cup
    Peas, canned, 1 cup
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *bertolli extra virgin olive oil, 1 serving

Directions

Steam rice in a rice cooker (if you'd like to saute the rice with the veggies to make it more like the chinese rest., you can).
saute all veggies in evoo until cooked through.
Mix with rice and soy sauce
