Introduction

Great sit down family dinner, when the kids were small, I used to make this meal once a week, and leftovers are even better !!I use the Rotissiere chicken from walmart , this meal taste like you've been cookin all day Great sit down family dinner, when the kids were small, I used to make this meal once a week, and leftovers are even better !!I use the Rotissiere chicken from walmart , this meal taste like you've been cookin all day
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz skinned boned cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup diced onions
    2 cloved garlic crushed
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    4 oz white wine
    1 can diced tomatoes w/ juice
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp fresh parmesan cheese

Directions

Debone and skin chicken set aside. In a large skillet add, olive oil, garlic, onions and saute until tender, add wine and mushrooms cook until liquid is reduced by half, add chicken, tomatoes and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste cook about 10 minutes, serve over cooked whole wheat spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese .
