Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Pasta, cooked, 16 oz
    * Flour, white, .25 cup
    * Butter, salted, .25 cup
    * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 4 cup
    * Ground beef, lean, 24 oz
    * Spices as desired (garlic, pepper, red pepper, onion, etc)
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    *beef bullion cube, 2 serving

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package
Make a rue from the butter, flour, beef broth, beef bullion, and milk.
Season as desired
Mix in cooked and seasoned ground beef
Mix in cooked noodles
