Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 skinless boneless chicken halves about 1 lb
    1 can (10 3/4 ) campbells condensed low fat cream of chicken soup
    2 lg green onions cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 can of kitchen cut green giant green beans drained
    1/3 cup water
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/4 tbsp of ground ginger
    4 cups of cooked rice

Directions

cut chicken into desired pieces. In large skillet over medium heat in hot oil cook chicken 10 mins. remove set aside, In same skillet combine soup, green onions, water, soy sauce, ginger, heat to boil, Return chicken, add green beans, reduce heat and cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 10 mins. Serve over rice
