Ingredients

    * *Egg White, 1 large egg/no yolk, 1 serving (remove)
    * Kraft Italian FIVE CHEESE Natural Shredded Cheese 1/4 cu..., 1 serving (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)
    * *CARL BUDDIG Honey Ham Lunch Meat - 10 slices, 0.25 serving (remove)

Directions

cut chicken almost in half length wise leave it attatched though
put ham and cheese into chieck, dip into egg white and water mixture then dip into crumbs cook in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown on both sides then put into over for 20 min at 400 or until cooked through
