Introduction

Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup of low-fat buttermilk
    3 cups of corn flake cereal, crushed fine
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

Put 1 cup of buttermilk in a ziploc bag, add pepper. Add chicken, let sit for 20-30 minutes.
Crush cornflakes in another large ziploc bag. Coat chicken in this bag, cook on aluminum foil/baking sheet in 325 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
