Introduction

Old family favorite - quick and easy dinner that's filling and easy on the wallet! Old family favorite - quick and easy dinner that's filling and easy on the wallet!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups (dry) elbow macaroni
    4 lbs of Idaho potatoes (peeled and diced)
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tbsp butter/margarine

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until soft. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Combine potatoes and macaroni in large mixing bowl with milk and butter. Stir until butter has melted. Makes ten 2 cup servings.
