IntroductionNot my original recipe, but cannot remember where I got it. On the Internet somewhere. Not my original recipe, but cannot remember where I got it. On the Internet somewhere.
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 16 oz
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
1/3 cup Good Seasons Sundried Tomato Dressing,
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a frok. You may substitute red snapper or orange roughy fillets for the salmon.
Makes 4 servings.
I put this dish together a couple of hours before I baked it. It is VERY yummy! Tastes like something you would get at an up-scale restaurant!
