Spicy Chicken Tenders

Introduction

Oven baked deliciousness. You can make it as spicy as you want by modifying the red, black & cayenne pepper. Oven baked deliciousness. You can make it as spicy as you want by modifying the red, black & cayenne pepper.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    Bread Crumbs, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Red pepper flakes, 2 tsp
    Cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Dijon, 2 tbsp
    egg white, fresh, 2 large

Directions

~ Preheat oven to 375 degrees

~ Spray a baking sheet with (calorie free) spray oil

~ In bowl, combine egg whites, honey & dijon - mix well

~ Dry chicken as much as possible w/ a paper towel, cut into bite sized pieces

~ Sprinkle red, cayenne & black pepper on raw chicken on both sides

~ On a plate, combine bread crumbs & parmesan cheese, mix well

~ Dip chicken in egg mixture then roll in bread crumb mix and place on baking sheet

Cook at 375 for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through

Dip in your favorite sauce.
