Introduction

Greens, fruits and veges topped with a sweet poppy seed dressing Greens, fruits and veges topped with a sweet poppy seed dressing
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    romain lettuce
    red onion
    strawberries
    clementines
    apple
    harvarti cheese
    pecans

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Shred 1 head of romaine lettuce (approx 4 cups)
Heat pecans in a dry fry pan to toast (do not burn)
Chop apple, cheese, strawberries into bite sized pieces
Peel and separate clementines
Combine all ingrediants and add poppy seed dressing.
