Introduction

This is the cheats ragout usinag a packet mix but adding heaps more vegies. Very yummy and great for cold nights. Needs a slowcooker or long cooking time over stove for best results. Ingredients

    Beef Chuck Steak, 400 grams
    Pumpkin, 125 grams
    2 carrots
    1/2 zuchinni
    Yellow Sweet Corn, 0.5 cup kernels
    Cauliflower 1 cup
    chopped tomatoe tinned, 400 gram(s)
    Cooked Onion,1/4 cup
    McCormick Beef ragout 1 packet, 40 gram(s)

Directions

Cut meat and vegetables into roughly 1" cubes.
Saute onion with a liitle water and add meat to brown.
Mix packet with tinned tomatoes, add vegies and packet to pot. Stir well, bring to boil and then simmer for about 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add water as required.
