2 cups White Lilly Cornbread mix
.25 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1.5 cup 2% milk
While skillet is heating, mix all ingredients until just blended in bowl; do not over mix.
Pour into hot skillet. Bake about 25 minutes until golden brown. [It's even better if bacon grease is used rather than cooking oil, but who has time to cook bacon and carefully save bacon grease these days??]
