2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 avacado - sliced
less than 1/4 cup cheddar or jack cheese, shredded.
1/4 tsp oil in pan
1 T salsa
heat oil in non stick pan, add eggs, push to middle till all cooked, then flip to cook other side.
Add avocado slices and grated cheese, fold in half, heat for a min or 2 more till cheese is melted and avocado is warmed.
Place on plate, top w/ salsa
