Ingredients

    Burger

    1 can (15 oz) Bush Black beans
    1 can (4 oz)Chopped green chilies
    1 slice calorie light bread, toasted and crumbled.
    1/4 t cumin
    1/4 t coriander
    5 T chopped fresh cilantro
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 egg white

    Bun and toppings:

    3 large La Tortilla factory smart and delicious wrap-cut in half. You will need 5 halves.
    5 tomato slices, divided
    5 lettuce leafs, divided
    2 T fat free sour cream, divided
    10 T 2% Kraft mexican cheese, divided

Directions

Mash blac beans with fork until slightly lumpy. Mix in chilies, bread, cumin, coriander, cilantro, onion, and egg. Coat a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray. Warm skillet to med heat. Drop 1/3 cup of the mixture onto hot skillet. Push down gently to make a burger shape. Lightly fry on each side, 4 min each. Top with 2 T cheese until melted. Put on 1/2 of tortilla and top with lettuce, tomato, and about a teaspoon of sour cream for each. Fold tortilla over and enjoy!! Makes 5 1/3 cup burgers, 175 cal each.
