Introduction

I found this recipe on the covering of my yogurt container. It's very good but definitely could be adapted to be a little healthier. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1-cup old-fashioned rolled oats
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt ( I used less and still good)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla or strawberry nonfat yogurt
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    2 tbsp. canola oil

Directions

The recipe said to make 10 muffins but I put it in to 12 and worked well.
Makes 12 muffins- calories per muffin is about 150.
