Ingredients

    Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 3 12 oz cans
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen,5 cups
    *beef boullion cube
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    Worcestershire sauce, 2 Tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 1
    Water 2 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    2 cans of diced tomatoes

Directions

Throw all of the ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for about 4 hours, or on high for 2. Makes about 10, one cup servings.
