Ingredients

1/4 pound pepperoni, ground
3 c fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 c onions, chopped
2 c green bell peppers, strips (cut in half)
2 c red bell peppers, strips (cut in half)
3 servings spaghettini pasta
Tips
I updated this recipe for low-sodium and low-fat needs.
Directions
Brown ground pepperoni with onions in a large pot, add tomatoes, garlic and oregano. Simmer for fifteen minutes, add peppers. Simmer a further twenty minutes while cooking the pasta, then toss in a large bowl.
