mock chicken stroganoff

Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    *Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb, 0.25 cup
    *Lawry's Garlic Salt, 1 tsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 1.50 cup
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Butter, 2 tbp

Directions

1. In bowl mix together bread crumbs, paprika, garlic salt coat chicken breast with mixture. Heat butter in pan and cook chicken about 3 minutes on each side until browned but not fully cooked. Remove chicken from pan.
2. While chicken is cooking saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in pan.
3. Add chicken broth, worcestershire, and milk to pan and boil. Turn heat down add chicken, mushrooms and onion to pan and cook chicken on simmer for 10 min each side.
4. Serve mixture over egg noodles.
