Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 1 large (8-1/4" long)
    Sour Cream, .5 cup
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black, to taste
    Onions, raw, 1 small

Peel and slice cucumber.

Slice onion.

    I make this same salad as Raita but, with low fat plain yogurt and to make it creamier, add a tbsp of sour cream. Cilantro for garnish. - 5/26/09
