Tandoori Tofu

Submitted by: MARTYRED4LOVE

Introduction

I found a recipe for Tandoori Chicken and decided to modify it to be use tofu instead. I also changed a few ingredients to fit what I already had in my kitchen. Still this dish was a little too bitter for me and not creamy enough. The lemon and cilantro were very overpowering.
