Ingredients

1 Can thin crust pizza dough
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz Ricotta Cheese
24 Slices Of Pepperoni
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Unroll pizza dough on to nonstick (or greased) cookie sheet.
Cut pizza dough into 8 pieces. Slightly stretch the pieces.
Shred the mozzarella and mix with the ricotta.
Put the cheese mixture on one half of one square.
Place 3 pepperoni's on top of cheese mixture.
Fold other half of crust over cheese and pepperonis.
Close to seal.
Bake at 378 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
