Ingredients

    1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blackberries
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/4 cup frozen unsweetened cherries
    4oz container oikos nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup light plain soy milk (or regular, almond, or rice milk)
    1/4 cup grape juice (may use orange, cranberry, etc.)
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

This makes 1 serving and is meant to be a meal. Place liquids in blender first, then add frozen fruit (depending on your blender, you may want to blend after each addition of fruit), blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
