African Greens

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Kale, Collards, Mustard or Turnip Greens, 1 pound
    Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter Creamy - 1/2 cup
    Garlic, 6 cloves, smashed
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 Tbsp. (or your preferred hot sauce to taste)

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings

Wash greens, trim stems, chop coarsely. Add to pot with 1-2 inches of water, bring to boil, when greens have wilted down, add rest of ingredients, stirring until peanut butter makes a creamy sauce. Cook to rags or your preferred degree of tenderness.

Serve over whole grains for major yumminess, not to mention - IT'S GREENS!!
