Russian Chicken

    32 oz raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 bag frozen Asian style vegetables (5 cups)
    3/4 c Miracle Whip Light
    1/2 c ketchup
    4 T strawberry jam
    3 T white wine vinegar
    1-1/2 T curry powder
    4 T dried minced onion
    2 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon
    4 tsp Splenda


Combine everything except the vegetables and chicken in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add chicken breasts and marinate overnight or at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Thaw vegetables, add to bag, toss to coat. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
