Introduction

A great vegetarian sandwich option. Tastes great between two pieces of bread or on top of greens! A great vegetarian sandwich option. Tastes great between two pieces of bread or on top of greens!

Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 (13oz) can
    Lite Mayo- 2 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Onion, 1/2 medium
    Salt and pepper
    Dill, 1 tsp
    (Can also add celery or other veggie of choice)

Directions

Mash chickpeas with fork and combine all ingredients
