Pineapple, Banana, Almond kick start smoothie

Introduction

This is the perfect on-the-go breakfast smoothie to kick-start your day. This is a meal in itself, and you will find yourself satisfied and full of energy after this one. Plus, it's delicious. This is the perfect on-the-go breakfast smoothie to kick-start your day. This is a meal in itself, and you will find yourself satisfied and full of energy after this one. Plus, it's delicious.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 medium size banana
    1 c. diced fresh pineapple
    .5 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Cinnamon, Almond Raisin RAW Energy bar (see in my recipes)
    1/4 c. water

Directions

Toss all ingredients in blender with a few ice cubes and blend on high until creamy consistency. Pour in a tall glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
