Tukrkey Breast Tenderloin & Veg

Ingredients



    * Carrots, raw, 4 carrot (7-1/2")
    * *Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * *Jennie O Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast Tenderloin, 48 oz (2 -24oz packs)

Directions

Foil up a 9x13 glass pan. Put down veggies, add turkey, top with butter. Enclose all the foil up like a little packet. Makes 12 (4oz) servings of turkey plus veggies.
