Introduction

You'd never guess the main ingredient! You can leave out the yogurt if you use a soft & silky version of tofu You'd never guess the main ingredient! You can leave out the yogurt if you use a soft & silky version of tofu
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pkg tofu, any variety, equal to about 7.5 oz.
    1/3C unsweetened cocoa
    3/4C Splenda no cal sweetener
    1 6oz container Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla
    Cinnamon, nutmeg, to taste

Directions

Cut the tofu into pieces. Put all in food processor and blend until very smooth. Put into 1/2C plastic containers, cover and refrigerate an hour or two. Makes 4-1/2C servings.(Less if you lick the spoon and the bowl, which is very difficult not to do.)
