Ingredients

    * *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from
    * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    * Apples, fresh, 2 medium peeled,cored and coarsely chopped
    * *sour kraut, 30 serving

Directions

preheat oven at 350
drain kraut
brown each chop both sides, layer bottom of baking dish,
mix kraut, apples, brown sugar, and nutmeg together
divide evenly over each pork chop bake for approximately 1 hr 1/2.
makes 4 servings
