2 Heads of Broccoli washed and dried
1 TBSP olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions
Trim 2 heads of broccoli into large florets, discard stems. Wash and pat dry. Toss in bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper.
Spread on foil-lined roasting sheet or pan and roast at 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or desired doneness. I like when the florets just start to brown on the edges. Yummy!
