IntroductionInspired by Ani Phyo's Basic Cookie Mix. I used Cashews instead of Almonds to get more of a chocolate chip cookie look and taste.
Inspired by Ani Phyo's Basic Cookie Mix. I used Cashews instead of Almonds to get more of a chocolate chip cookie look and taste.
Basic Cookie Dough:
2c of Raw Cashews
1/2 tsp. Himalayan Salt
1/2c of Raw Agave
1/4c of Filtered Water
1/2 of Cacao Nibs
1c of Raw Pecans.
In a Food Processor with "S" Blade add Cashews and mix till you get the consistency of a ground powder. Add Cacao Nibs, Pecans, salt, Agave & water and mix together.
Note: Nibs & Pecans don't need to be a powder mix to a fine - med. chop to resemble a chocolate chip cookie dough mix.
Spoon drop or use cookie drop spoon ( Tablespoon size) on the mesh screen of your dehydrator tray and dehydrate on 104 degrees for 4-6 hours, or to your desired consistency.
Will keep in the fridge for at least one week.
I might dip them in a raw chocolate syrup when there done I'm not sure they are in the dehydrator right now.
Makes about 26 cookies.
