Avocado Salad

Introduction

I love to make this salad when avocados go on sale. I love to make this salad when avocados go on sale.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Large Avocados, diced
    1 Medium Tomato, seeded and diced
    1 Can (water packed) tuna
    2 Tbs. Red Onion, chopped finely
    1 Large Hard Boiled Egg, diced

Directions

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Be careful not to mash the avocado too much! Serve over a bed of lettuce or spoon it into a whole wheat pita.

Makes 6 servings (approx 3/4 cup each)
