*Flour, white, 0.5 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Milk, 1%, 0.75 cup (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
Pour 2-3 tablespoons into a crepe pan. Cook until mixture is set on the top. Turn the crepe over. Cook for a further one minute. Continue until you have eight crepes.
