Buffalo Chicken Pizza

    Dough Recipe, one crust
    100 g shredded, cooked leftover chicken breast, skinless
    4 T hot sauce
    1 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    4 oz 2% mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 T fat-free sour cream flavored with ranch dip mix


Make dough recipe (in cookbook) and roll out one pizza crust from this.

Combine shredded chicken and hot sauce until thoroughly mixed. Spread ranch sour cream on crust as sauce and then top with chicken. Sprinkle with blue cheese and mozzarella.

Bake at 550 F on a pizza stone for 6 to 8 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is browned and bubbly.
