Introduction

use any veggies mixture you like use any veggies mixture you like

Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 laughing cow garlic & herb chesse wedge
    1 whole egg
    1 egg white
    2 tsp olive oil
    small onion
    small red pepper
    handful mushrooms, cooked

Directions

saute onion and pepper in oil.
when done add mushrooms, stir together & keep warm.
scramble egg & egg white.
assemble:
spread cheese on warm tortilla
layer scrambled egg on cheese
top with mixed veggies
serves 1
enjoy
