Berry good waffle sandwich

Introduction

This is one of my kids favorite ways to have waffles and it saves on all those nasty empty calories from syrup! This is one of my kids favorite ways to have waffles and it saves on all those nasty empty calories from syrup!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 wheat waffles
    1 TBS natural peanut butter
    1/2 cup mixed frozen berries thawed and crushed with fork (drain out as much juice as you can so your sandwich is not to soggy)
    1.5 tsp. powder sugar

Directions

Toast waffles. Spread one waffle with peanut butter. Crush berries and mix in 1 tsp. of the powder sugar. Place crushed berries on top of peanut buttered waffle. Place second waffle on top of berries. Cut in half (share with someone if you want to share the calories;)) sift remaining 1/2 tsp. powder sugar on top of sandwich. Enjoy!!
