Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    3/4 t. salt
    2 t. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. cream

Directions

0. preheat the oven at 400
1. mix the dry ingredients well
2. add the cream, and stir only until moistened -- do your best to handle the dough as little as possible
3. pat the dough out on a floured surface -- 3/4" thick
4. cut out biscuits
5. bake until golden (about 15 minutes)
