    1 lb. gd. turkey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 C green pepper
    1 C onions
    1/4 C carrots
    2 TB brown sugar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 TB corn starch
    1/2 C chicken broth (fat free)
    whole wheat spaghetti (4 serv. )

Brown turkey.
Add peppers, onions, carrots. Stir fry until tender crisp. Stir together remaining ingredients (except spaghetti) add to meat and heat until thickens. Stir in cooked spaghetti.
