    Whole Wheat Tortilla, 1 serving
    Shrimp Salad, 2 oz
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded
    Hard Boiled Egg, .5 large

Directions

Place tortilla on table, Layer the Shrimp Salad, Lettuce and egg down the middle and roll up tucking in the ends.
