Introduction

spicy, garlicky chutney can be eaten with roti / chapati or dosa spicy, garlicky chutney can be eaten with roti / chapati or dosa

Ingredients

    dry grated, unsweetened coconut - 1 cup
    1 tbsp oil
    10 cloves garlic
    2 tsp red chilli powder

    for Spices, add to taste -
    salt
    cumin powder
    coriander powder
    dry mango powder

Directions

roast coconut until light brown
heat oil, ad garlic, toast 2 min
let it cool
combine coconut, garlic, all the spices, and grind coarsely
can be stored or frozen
