Winter Squash Dessert

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked and pureed winter squash
    1 cup skim milk
    1 package butterscotch sugar free pudding
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    CRUST
    1/4 cup applesauce
    6 sheets of low fat graham crackers
    16 Tbsp Light whipped topping

Directions

Mix together squash (or Pumpkin), pudding mix, milk and spice. Make a crust of crushed graham crackers and applesauce. Put the graham cracker crust in bottom of dish, top with squash mix then whipped topping. Chill until ready to eat. Serves 8
