Crispy Cauliflower

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 head of Cauliflower
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 dash of salt
    1 dash of pepper
    1 tsp cumin

Directions

Divide 1 head of cauliflower into quarters. Chop each into medium-size pieces and toss with 1 tbsp oil. Make sure each piece is lightly coated. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and sprinkle with 1 tsp cumin. Toss again to coat. Spread cauliflower evenly on baking sheet and roast at 425* for 20 minutes, shaking the pan once or twice. Don’t pile it up- the more each piece touches the hot surface the crispier it will be.
