Blackstrap Molasses Oatmeal with Pears and Soymilk

Introduction

High in Iron, Fiber, Calcium and Potassium.
Lower in fat.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp Blackstrap Molasses
    1/2 cup Oats (Quaker or Great Value- NOT INSTANT)

    1/4 cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk
    1/2 cup canned pears (excluding juices)

Directions

Makes 1 servings- however you can make it into 2 servings if it is too much food.

Put the oats, water and molasses into a microwave save bowl, and microwave according to oats package (usually about 3 minutes). Let sit in microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the soy milk and pears, mix it up and you're done! Enjoy!
